The Loft is a lightweight stone fireplace mantel surround with an ultra contemporary and urban design. Our non-combustible cast fireplace mantels have the look, feel and texture of natural limestone but are made from a proprietary mixture of gypsum, cement, and crushed stone, all without the slightest aesthetic compromise. Most weigh 200 to 400 pounds and can be installed in a few hours by two people ... about 1/3 the weight of natural quarried stone.

This modern style stone mantel surround is available for purchase in your choice of four limestone colors, two opening width sizes, for 36" or 42" fireplaces with a 53 1/2" overall height. Another option is the raised block hearth (shown in the first photograph.)  Additional stone panels can be purchased to clad the walls around the fireplace.  The mantel itself is comprised of three pieces: two mantel legs and the mantel shelf.
