Wave Stone Mantel

The lightweight Wave Fireplace Mantel Surround has modern design elements reminiscent of late 18th century European styling.   Our cast fireplace mantels have the look, feel and texture of natural limestone but are made from hybrid mixtures of gypsum, cement, aggregate and crushed stone, without the slightest aesthetic compromise.  Most weigh 200 to 400 pounds and can be installed in a few hours by two people ... about 1/3 the weight of natural quarried stone. This stone mantel is available in four rich stone colors and can be accessorized with matching 3/4" thick facing stone and/or a hearth, and/or additional 3/4" thick stone panels for the walls around the fireplace can be purchased, as well. The Wave is sized to accept fireplaces up to 42 1/2" wide, since it is relatively light weight, extra floor support is rarely, if ever needed.
