This stunning #300 Italian Marble Mantel Surround has design elements from the Italian Renaissance, circa 1500, but is believed to have been made about 1750. This mantelpiece is Grand in scale and each Caryatid is slightly varied. Additionally, the carver carefully selected the veined Carrara blocks so that no veins would touch the faces.
