Unfinished Veneer Plywood Paneling
Design The Space offers two general categories of plywood paneling: Unfinished Wood Veneers and Laminated paneling. Here's the difference: Unfinished Wood Veneer paneling include a thin layer of genuine birch, oak or other fine wood, permanently adhered to the top surface of a plywood core. Unfinished Wood Veneer paneling needs to be painted or stained as part of your project so if you are looking to have a particular paint color or personal stain color choice to match other items in your room, an unfinished veneer paneling is the way to go. If you don't have time to paint or stain your paneling, then you should go with any of Laminated Plywood Panels, each has a high quality and high resolution image of either a stained wood grain, or another decorative image that is permanently 'laminated' to the top surface of the plywood core. Laminated panels do not need to be finished with either a paint or a stain.
We offer Unfinished Veneer paneling in birch and several fine wood veneers including Ash, Cypress, Cherry, White Maple,Walnut, Mahogany, Rosewood, Teak and Zebrawood, all in a flat, library panel (with no grooves).
