Spring Decorating Ideas for your Fireplace Mantel Shelf

If you already have some type of green topiary on either side of your mantel, leave it and add a spring color ribbon to the container.  Use dried or artificial flowers, such as hydrangeas, in vase that will complement the ribbon you tied around your topiaries.  Complete the look with a collection of bunnies dispersed across the front of your fireplace mantel shelf.

Another fun idea is recycle apothecary jars you may have used for another holiday, and add a faux birds nest to one and some decorative eggs to the other. Add some pastel candles and complete the look with a variety of bird figurines.
